AWL undertakes the transport of product to customer locations and sites within Zambia and neighbouring countries.  Product is either delivered from our Warehouses or collected from customer locations for delivery to sites.

We sub-contract our transport requirements to selected and audited Transport Companies who are required to operate in terms of our Dangerous Goods and Safety practices. Our satellite tracking system is installed in all vehicles and when under load they are continuously monitored for security purposes and to enable us to keep our customers informed on delivery progress.

All drivers hold appropriate clean licences, are trained on the handling and transportation of Hazardous and Dangerous Goods and on specific requirements at our storage facilities and customer sites where such product is being delivered or loaded for delivery.

Vehicles available to us include inter-links, tri-axel trailers, Emulsion tankers and Box bodies.   Other vehicle configurations are available should the need arise.

Customer appointed transport contractors delivering to or collecting product from our storage facilities are required to adhere to our Security and SHE requirements whilst on our sites.
